A love letter to anyone looking to build or renovate in the Low Country,

The secret is officially out, you found us - some of the greatest little towns in America, and in some ways we wish we could keep it that way, but there’s always room for more good people in these tiny gems that speckle the salty coast of our sweet South Carolina. I guess you’re thinking of building here, or maybe nearby? Maybe it’s just something as simple as adding on a new addition or breathing some life into a kitchen or bathroom that just isn’t quite doing it for you. Well, this is the part where I get to tell you a little bit about why we’re great people to know and even better to work with if you’ve got big plans this year with your new building project.

We are second generation, since the early 1990’s Lloyd Denny was swinging hammers and barking out orders displaying a real passion for getting things right the first time. So much so, he really built up some momentum and by time we reached the 2000’s lets just say word was getting around town whether it be in Beaufort, Bluffton, Hilton Head Island, Charleston, Kiawah or even further that if you wanted things done the right way, you’re going to at least make a phone call to Denny’s Construction.

Fast Forward to the present and Kyle Denny now meets, greets, designs, plans, estimates, and cares for all of today’s clients as a second generation craftsman who worked tirelessly for years under the watchful eye of his Father. I guess you can call this a tradition we’ll be looking to pass down once more and go for a “three-peat” because Kyle is a proud father to a very busy baby boy whom we’re positive will have a major positive impact one day when Kyle’s ready to pass the torch to the next generation. Until then, anyone building with Denny’s Construction is in great hands - it’s not often you get to benefit from over 40 years combined experience in a single field. From humble beginnings in the U.S. Army to honing this craftsmanship into a well oiled local business, Denny’s Construction is here to stay.
